Terms and Conditions

• Your credit card will be billed a $10.00 admin fee immediately upon the completion of this order. This fee is non refundable.The full amount of the charter price will be due on the charter date and may be paid at the boat by cash or credit card. There is a 3% credit card fee. Once we receive an authorization, we will send you a confirmation email. You will ONLY receive confirmation if your credit card is successfully billed. You will notice a credit card charge for the $10.00 admin fee on your statement from GETAWAY CHARTERS.
• Alcoholic beverages and ice chests with food or drink are permitted. NO GLASS BOTTLES.
• Illegal drugs, firearms, or explosives of any kind are not allowed. We reserve the right to refuse passage to any person that appears to be under the influence of drugs or excessive amounts of alcohol.
• Deckhands work for tips. The customary tip is 18 – 22% of the charter price.
• Weather Policy: There are sometimes rain showers in which we can fish around. If the captain cancels prior to departure due to bad weather or rough sea conditions then there is only the $10 non refundable admin fee that you pay upfront when you book your trip.There will be no other cost.
• Cancellation policy: CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE CHARTER DATE WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF THE CHARTER PRICE. We always attempt to re book the date and if it is re booked with another customer there will be no charge. NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE CHARTER PRICE!
• Refund policy: There is a non refundable $10 admin fee that is paid when you book online. This is your only down payment required. Your balance of the charter price will be due in full at the end of your fishing charter trip and paid at the boat by cash or credit card.
