Captain Josh is captain on the Getaway. This newest addition is a beautiful 46′ Hatteras. Captain Josh worked the back deck of Another Getaway for several years before he became captain of the same boat. He then moved to the Getaway. Josh is a graduate of the University of Alabama and grew up in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. It did not take Josh a long time to decide that his future would be in fishing. When Josh is not fishing he is enjoying spending time with his lovely wife and three young sons.

Captain Gary Sanford is captain on Another Getaway. Captain Gary has many years of fishing experience on small boats to large boats in Orange Beach. He has become a great asset to Getaway Charters. We are happy to have Gary with us on the Getaway Charters Team. Gary also enjoys freshwater fishing and shows his expertise at catching those tasty crappie.
